Shipping & Delivery Policy

IYF Patna courses, workshops and sevas are services. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping or delivery charge is ever collected.
No physical goods
iyfpatna.in does not sell or ship physical products. Every payment made on this site is either for taking part in a course or workshop, delivered in person at the temple or live online, or a seva offering to ISKCON Patna, for which the only thing delivered is a receipt, sent by email.
What you receive after paying
Your enrolment is confirmed on screen as soon as the payment succeeds, with an order ID you should keep.
A confirmation email is sent to the address you enrolled with, usually within a few minutes.
A payment receipt can be downloaded at any time from your order page.
How the course is delivered
In person: at Sri Sri Radha Banke Bihari Temple, Buddha Marg, Patna, on the dates and at the times shown on the course page.
Online: live on Zoom. The joining link is shared in the batch's WhatsApp group, which you are invited to after enrolling, before the first session.
Exchanges
A course is a service, not a product, so exchanges do not apply. If you cannot attend your batch, you may ask to move to a later batch of the same course, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If something goes wrong
If your payment succeeded but you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID or transaction reference and we will resolve it.
